I had a dream one night.

In the dream I was an Inter-dimensional Entity getting ready to do a specific, important task. I pulled up a holographic display of different gems to use in the task. I knew as soon as I glanced over the selection which one would be a perfect fit for the job.

I woke from the dream and knew that the Entity from my dream was my life’s purpose – and the gem it had chosen was me.

Sometimes you probably wonder whether you are on the right path. I’d like to suggest that sometimes the path we are met to take forms behind us as we forge it.

Something that has stuck with me for years. A midwife was encouraging a laboring woman in the throes of transition.

“I can’t–” wailed the mother, “–can’t do this anymore!”

“Shhh,” the experienced midwife soothed. “Look at me. You already are.”

You already are on the right track. You are the right person for this moment, just where you are. And wherever you go next, it will be exactly where you were always meant to be.
